Shipping Policy
Domestic:
Our current domestic delivery times are as stated below based on the option chosen at checkout and provided your order will ship to a U.S. address.
- Standard - Approx. 8-10 business days from the day ordered. Possible delays.
- Express - 4-7 business days from the day ordered
- Prime - 1-3 business days from the day ordered
Prime and Express shipping are guaranteed delivery times. Standard shipping delivery times are not guaranteed and subject to delays.
International:
Our current international delivery times are as stated below based on the option chosen at checkout.
- International Standard - Approx. 3-4 weeks. Possible Delays.
- FedEx International Connect Plus - Approx. 1-2 weeks
- FedEx International Priority - 5-9 business days from the day ordered.
Because we cannot control how long it takes for border customs officials to process packages, delivery times are not guaranteed and International orders are subject to delays. It is the discretion of the customs agency in your territory whether customs will be charged on the import of any items. It's unusual, but can happen. Any fees incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay.
*All of our shipping timelines are in business days (Monday-Friday). Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
Pre-Orders:
If the order has a Pre-Order item, the complete order will be shipped when the Pre-Order item is back in stock, in the order they were received, with priority given to those with shipping upgrades.
