Casey Loved this!!
I got this as a birthday gift from my husband and absolutely love it!! My Dad passed away unexpectedly in January of last year. My husband had a picture of my Dad and myself put on the face and a special message on the back. It is one of the best gifts I’ve ever received.. So special and sentimental.. It really touched my heart!!

Services could be better
I ordered a watch online for my husband for Christmas and everywhere on their page it said order by this date and it is guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas... wrong! The watch came 2 days after and when I contacted them they said oh we can refund you your shipping cost which was like $2. Next I reached out to them to let them know that the pin that holds the band on the watch is poorly made because it continuously falls out. No response. Overall the watch is nice and I'm glad I got it and the engraving on the back was done wonderfully but I don't think I will be ordering anything else from here.
