How do I check the status of my order? 

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Until that point you can assume it is still processing. Order processing can take as little as 2 business days or as long 10 business days, depending on your chosen shipping option.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders will deliver in 7-10 business days if you chose regular shipping and 4-7 business days if you chose express shipping. These can vary seasonally, but the shipping timeframes offered at checkout will always be accurate.


How can I review my order?

You can review all of your order details in your confirmation email.


How can i change my personalization details?

If you need to update your message please send the revised details to our support team within 24 hours of placing your order.


What is your return policy?

Non-personalized items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Personalized items can be returned for a 60% cash refund or 80% store credit within 30 days of purchase. 


What do I do if an error was made on my order?

If we made a mistake, please email us a picture of the error and we’ll have an immediate replacement sent.




Where do i put the personalization details?

ALL personalization details go in the notes area of the product page, including the initials/names for the front of wallets. If ordering multiple items simply leave a line break between the details for each item. Your personalization details will be read and interpreted by a human. 


Do you spell-check before engraving? 

While we always spell-check each personalized message we cannot guarantee that we can catch every typo. Therefore please ensure that you are 100% happy with what you have entered before submitting your order.


Do you offer proofs?

Unfortunately we can't offer proofs or previews, as all of the engravings are laid out by our engraving experts right when we're ready to engrave.


Can i choose a different font than pictured?

We don't offer font options. When coming up with our designs we specifically choose the best font to match each design.


Where can i enter a coupon code?

If you have a coupon code, there is a box in the checkout area for the code to be entered.


Can i put my own image on a product?

Yes, but there is an extra cost involved. Please contact our support team with the details of your project for further information.


Do you ship to APO addresses?

Yes we do.



Is the ID sleeve of the wallet removable? 

No, the sleeve is sewn into the wallet.


Do your wallets come in black?

Yes they do. But we're currently out of stock :(


Do you have other styles of wallet, i.e. Trifold, Checkbook style?

Unfortunately we only offer one style of wallet.


What happens if i go over the word limit on the inside of a wallet?

The most words we can comfortably fit within the space is 25. If your message was over 25 words we may reach out to you to provide a shortened message. 


Are the watches water resistant?

Our stainless steel watches are water resistant up to 3 meters. Our wooden watches are splash proof but cannot be considered water resistant and should not be submerged.
